Just like in a  'heatwave' or your 'car's water cooler' you don't want to let it get to the RED! we don't want to do that with our wellbeing barometer either, when you start talking to someone, or taking time for yourself before you get into the red zone, you reduce the chance of things becoming unhealthy.

Holidays can be a great time to relax, unwind, and catch up with family/whānau and friends. Here are some other ideas for looking after family/whānau wellbeing:
